Giovanni Mejia is a licensed broker and has been licensed for over 24 years. He is a
California native and was born and raised in the South Bay. He currently resides
in South Orange County and serves clients in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside
Counties. Giovanni attributes his success to hard work, dedication, and
primarily to his passion for the challenges and rewards real estate brings.
Giovanni studied at the University of Southern California and earned his degree in Real
Estate Finance and Real Property Development. Out of college he was recruited
to work for one of the premier commercial real estate investment firms that
specialized in marketing large multi-family apartment communities. At this firm
he honed his marketing, negotiation, contract skills and gained vast knowledge
of how to represent his client’s best interest. Several years after, Giovanni
was asked to join one the largest nationwide home builder’s and be part of
their home finance division. He spent more than eight years in this role and was
awarded President’s Club several years in a row for providing exceptional
client service.
Giovanni counsels his clients on what their expectations should be from day to day due
to the ever changing and unpredictable finance standards. As well as providing sound advice to his clients, he also works
tirelessly to provide his client’s excellent service and valuable knowledge to
make informed decisions when purchasing either a home or an investment. His awareness
of current market trends and many years of experience will certainly help in
managing complex real estate transaction. His strength is in providing
information to make the transaction smooth and seamless.
